A Brief Introduction

Good morning,
　　My name is Aaron Gratton. I am 27 years old and was born and raised in the United States of America. While this is my third time in Japan, working in Hashimoto has been my first experience with the Japanese countryside. It really is quite beautiful, especially on overcast days when the clouds hide the tops of the mountains.
　　I`ve found my time here in Hashimoto so far to be overwhelmingly positive: the students and the teachers at my schools as well as the local people I’ve spoken with to be very friendly. I also enjoy eating the school lunch every day, it`s something that helps me learn the names of Japanese food as well as eat a bit healthier than I normally do.
　　I hope my time in Hashimoto continues to be a good one and I look forward to any new experiences heading my way.

　おはようございます、
　アーロン・グラットンと申します。私は２７歳で生まれ育ちがアメリカです。 今回を含めて日本に来たのは３回目ですが、橋本市で仕事している事が日本での初めての田舎経験です。景色が本当に美しくて、雲が山頂を隠し曇っている日は特にそう思います。
　今までの橋本は非常にポジティブな印象が残っています。勤務先の生徒と先生達だけじゃなくて、地方の方も凄く優しいです。給食を食べるのも気に入りました。和食の名前を勉強しながら普段より体にいい食物を食べるきかいとなっています。
　このまま橋本でがんばって楽しく過ごしたいです。沢山の新しい体験を楽しみにしています。
